Rt Hon Sadiq Khan, Minister of State for Transport, has praised STAR's Access Alliance Programme(external link) as an exemplar of good practice. Presenting the Keynote Address at the recent CTA Conference on 18 November 2009 Mr Khan singled out the Access Alliance Programme for delivering results through creative partnership working.
