East Midlands Two Wheels to Work Delivery Model
- Investigating potential models for the delivery of Wheels to Work type activity on a sustainable, regional basis
- Liaising with stakeholders from across the East Midlands and beyond, including operators of more sustainable Wheels to Work schemes
- Developing a range of model options and preparing a business case for the preferred delivery model
Nottinghamshire Minibus Feasibility Study
- On behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, exploring the need and demand for a new community minibus for Bassetlaw and Bingham
- Consulting widely with local professional stakeholders and potential end users to develop a picture of likely demand
- Developing the business case for an accessible vehicle for each area, including cost, income and project and financial management issues
