STAR’s Directors - Norman James and Clare Waldron – have extensive experience of transport consultancy for a range of national government, local authority, voluntary sector and transport industry clients.
Norman and Clare have over 40 years combined experience in transport research and consultancy, obtained in the academic, local government and private sectors.
