This involved an extensive review of the impacts and operations of the Rural Transport Partnership in Leicestershire, along with a programme of consultation with key stakeholders, end users and transport providers. Star assessed how those responsible for rural transport provision would be able to contact “hard to reach” groups in the future. As a result, the report signalled a successful new progression for rural transport in the county.
