STAR is providing project and group management services to the Transport Procurement and Operations Group (TPOG) within Derby City Council.  STAR has also been carrying out a major review of the Group including extensive stakeholder consultation.  STAR has presented options to the TPOG Board for the future structure, function and funding of the Group.

STAR is providing consultancy services to the Transport Team of Derby City Council in relation to the new Riverlights Bus Station development.  In particular, STAR is assessing the developer’s plans from the perspective of bus operators and end users.  STAR is also developing an Operating Guide and Information Strategy for the bus station.  STAR will be preparing a Business Case for the bus station to ensure that it will be properly resourced in the future.
